Listing Business Sync Pro does support service area businesses; however, GPS sources will not be synced as there is no physical location for the business.

How long will it take for my business listings to update?2019-09-07T22:08:33-05:00

The majority of listing sites will update instantaneously (15 minutes to an hour). This excludes Shopping-time Network (48-72 hrs), Nokia Here (60-90 days) and the various GPS systems (60-90 days). We are still working with Instagram, Hotfrog and Manta to determine an expected time frame.

You should be prepared to confirm the name, address, phone number, hours of operation, and website of their business. In addition, you will need to be present at the business and able to take incoming calls at the primary business number.

Listing Sync Business powered by Yext syncs to several listing sites across the web, including Facebook, Google Maps, and Google My Business. To see the extensive list, please see the attached file.

Why are some fields unable to accurately sync between Yext and the Listing Business Sync Pro service?2019-09-07T22:09:39-05:00

Yext and Listing Business Sync Pro do not recognize the information from all fields equivalently. While some fields will accurately sync, others are unable to match the data.

You are still able to edit fields in both Yext and Listing Business Sync Pro, but only certain fields will accurately sync between the two platforms.
